Natasha Kearslake is a fully qualified HR professional (MCIPD) and has in-depth knowledge and applied experience, strategic and operational, across the major HR disciplines; organisation design, talent management, leadership and team building, coaching, employee relations, employee engagement and communication.
Natasha has worked for blue chip names, including Tesco, Waterstone’s and David Lloyd Leisure. Delivering a powerful combination of traditional Human Resourcing practices and bespoke developmental and facilitative approaches, she adds value by nurturing growth and maximising potential. She creates safe but challenging spaces in which individuals and teams can engage in creative dialogues which benefit them and their businesses. This pragmatic yet creative approach has enabled and supported many leaders and teams to improve business performance, through enhanced confidence and competence.
She is an accredited practitioner for Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a range of SHL products and the Thomas International work styles and ability testing instruments. Natasha also has experience of delivering significantly improved results in the Apprenticeship arena to Ofsted Inspection Framework standards.
Alice Francis (MCIPD) has applied HR consultancy experience in a variety of organisations at all phases of business development; expansion, contraction and evolution. She also has project management qualifications (APMP).
Alice applies her senior management experience operationally, analytically and strategically to deliver a wide range of HR projects that enhance business operations and team delivery allowing business leaders to make informed decisions with sustainable outcomes.
Passionate about the positive impact that effective people management delivers, Alice’s solutions are thorough, considered and pragmatic. Business leaders of all levels benefit from her diplomatic, accurate and approachable style of delivery that translates complex employment requirements into workable, down to earth solutions.
Porscha Davies (FCIPD) HR Consultancy expertise features strategic HR leadership and transformation project delivery for high profile names in Media, Financial Services and Energy sectors, which include BBC – Media, Bank of Ireland, M&G Prudential, Virgin Money and Centrica.
With expertise across the full strategic and operational HR realms, Porscha has successfully delivered integration; organisation design; leadership development, talent management and succession planning; reward and performance management; resourcing; employee relations and engagement.
Porscha’s delivery style builds strong, long-lasting relationships which means she is trusted by senior executives and employees alike, who seek her counsel for balanced, compassionate and commercially savvy guidance.
Dan Szabunia is a highly experienced coach and facilitator working with both individuals and teams. He helps leaders across all functions challenge their perceptions of themselves and their situations, and develop greater behavioural flexibility and the skills required to lead and succeed in a post Covid world.
As well as one-to-one work Dan designs and facilitates bespoke workshops based on the principles of experiential learning (both outdoors and in). He is also qualified in various psychometric tools including Myers Briggs and SDI.
Recent work has included a gold standard outplacement project encompassing PAs to Senior Directors and coaching the top country team of a data centre provider over a period of 2 years as they headed for integration with a global player.

A generalist in HR, Rebecca can advise on all aspects of your people requirements, with specific expertise around employee relations, independent investigations, restructuring, redundancy consultation, senior exits, and transformational change. Rebecca now consults for organisations across the private, public and charity sector, advising on all aspects of people and culture.
Rebecca is an Accredited Mediator in Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediation and brings her strong understanding of people and a commercial business background to the areas of conflict and dispute resolution.
As a certified coach, Rebecca also works with individuals on their development journey, in areas of leadership, personal / career development and talent and succession coaching.
