One of the biggest challenges all successful small business owners have to address, is how to find, recruit and retain the right staff as they grow their company. It’s a challenge for any sized business of course, but especially for a small organisation, where bringing in even just one person might represent a significant expansion of the team.
An appointment that doesn’t work out will waste valuable resources, might cause disruption within an existing workforce, or may even lead to an expensive and time-consuming legal dispute further down the line.
